Patrick and Spencer were my techs and they did a phenomenal job. I have heat, I can already feel the difference inside the house. They did a great install, made sure everything was sealed tight. Took me thru how to change the filters, how to run the new thermostat. Gave me all the info to make sure I'm comfortable operating this new system. And they did it so fast! Started at around 8am and finished right as I got home bout 2:30, just doing clean up. Super nice guys and I'm glad I chose A-1.

Every single person involved in helping me with my water heater was outstanding. Kaela and Alexis both helped schedule my appointment, and they have the rare ability to be professional without being impersonal. Trevor arrived right on time to do the repairs. He was able to explain the situation in terms I could understand, worked efficiently, is clearly knowledgeable in his field, and has a great personality for customer service. If you choose any other business to get your water heater serviced, you have made a terrible mistake. A-1 for the win!
